Due to the comprehensive nature of care that we offer, we do not see patients on a walk-in basis. All scheduled visits are by appointment only so that you get the full attention that you need for your acute/chronic problem. New patients are required to fill out paperwork online before their visit and bring that paperwork with them or to arrive at the office 20-30 minutes early to be sure all forms are completed before their appointment.
First time massage clients should arrive 10-15 minutes before their session to fill out required paperwork as well. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call the office at 818-703-0965.
Due to the comprehensive and unique nature of our care programs, insurance coverage is usually limited. Finances are always discussed in detail prior to your beginning any care regimen at our office. With that in mind, we do not treat patients based on what their insurance will/will not pay, but based on what they need to recover their health. Additionally, we find that those who are committed to their health and well-being will make their care a priority and are willing to take responsibility for it.
We are not a “network provider” but do offer a SUPER BILL that we will fill out so you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.

- We accept cash, checks and Visa, MC and Discover
- We offer in-office payment plans.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient in need. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment with without sufficient notice.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! In celebration of your birthday be sure to schedule your free 60 minute massage or chiropractic adjustment (choose from either service that you normally get and if you get both services you are entitled to both massage and adjustment) within the month of your birthday. This applies to regular clients only (i.e. that are seen at least once a month or within the last three months of their birthday). We appreciate your promptness in arriving for your visit. We reserve a specific time for your according to your needs and level of complexity. Please be aware that appointments are limited and in high demand. Dr. Cavelaris devotes a substantial amount of time to each of his patients, so it is important to arrive early and avoid the possibility of missing out on your allotted time. Please come prepared with all paperwork completed and if you are getting an exam, bring your own t-shirt and shorts.
We value your time and we do our best to remain on schedule throughout the day. We do ask that you please remember that each patient in our office is an individual and some may require more patience and “TLC” than others. We make every effort to stay on schedule; however things do happen from time to time. In order to accommodate that, our schedule may be delayed. Please accept our apologies ahead of time should such a delay occur during your appointment. Understand we will do exactly the same if you are ever in need of extended care.
Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient we ask that you please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your help in this regard. We do reserve the right to charge a $50.00 fee for missed appointments.
